Why?
With the right facilities and technology, our first responders can be fully prepared to handle anything that comes their way.
How?
I want Victorville's first responders to have the public safety resources of any big city, such as:
- Auto-pulse equipment
- Battery-operated extrication equipment
- Crime-mapping technology
- Body cameras
- Improved facilities
- Better training opportunities
When?
From my first day in office, I plan on sitting with our city staff to get a good sense of what we can do with our city budget to bring in these needed resources. I’ll also work with the Measure P oversight committee to work on future plans to utilize those funds to further support our first responders.
